This policy explains how ClientProof handles cancellations, billing issues, and refund requests for paid subscriptions.
Subscription charges
Paid plans may be billed monthly or yearly. By subscribing, you authorize applicable subscription and tax charges.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. If canceled, access may continue through the active billing period, and the plan will not renew afterward.
Refund eligibility
Unless required by law, charges are generally non-refundable once processed. We may review exceptions such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified cancellation issues.
Unused time and partial periods
We generally do not provide prorated credits for unused time, partial periods, or unused features, unless required by law.
Charge disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve quickly.
